Our Repair Process
Estimate
Drop off your Television during normal business hours, or contact us for a drop off time. We will determine the issue, and provide your free estimate for the repair. You can then approve the repair and we will begin, or you can decline the estimate and pick up the TV free of charge.
Repair
We will complete the repair quickly and effectively. We will throughly test the Television after the repair to ensure a long lasting fix. After this test is past we will call you to arrange a pick up time.
Support
We are always happy to help you get your TV set up when you bring it home. If you have any questions on connections, updates, connecting your wifi network, streaming services, or anything else, just give a call or send an email.
